Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS)
ARMHS are mental health services aimed at teaching you skills for managing your mental health symptoms, getting along with others, and for living as independently as possible in your own home or community. Meeting frequency and weekly hours are determined based on client need and progress. ARMHS is not case management and is not traditional therapy..
Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS)
Our ARMHS program equips adults aged 18 or older with skills that develop and improve psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living and community skills when these abilities are impaired by the symptoms of mental illness. Our practitioners and therapists come alongside participants to instruct, assist and support in areas such as medication education and monitoring, and basic social and living skills in mental illness symptom management, household management and employment-related or community living transitions.
Our staff works with participants to create a treatment plan that is meaningful and person-centered to help them achieve goals, retain stability and independence, and improve their quality of life.
